90-Day Limited Warranty Policy

At GadgetFix, we stand behind the quality of our work. This 90-Day Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to eligible device services performed by our technicians and outlines what is covered, what is not covered, and how to request warranty support.

1. Warranty Coverage

Most device services performed by GadgetFix include a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the date the service is completed.

This warranty covers:

  • Component Defects: If a component installed by us fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • Workmanship Issues: If a service-related issue occurs due to installation or workmanship, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
  • Touch/Display Malfunctions: If a display or touch component installed by us malfunctions due to a defective part, we will replace it under warranty.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical Damage After Service: Cracks, drops, pressure damage, bent frames, or impact damage.
  • Liquid Exposure: Any moisture or liquid damage voids the warranty.
  • Damage Caused by Misuse: Excessive force, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Third-Party Tampering: If another store or individual opens or services the device after our work, the warranty becomes void.
  • Issues Unrelated to the Original Service: Software problems, battery drain unrelated to the serviced component, or motherboard-level issues not part of the original service.
  • Data Loss: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To request warranty support:

  1. Bring the Device to Our Store:

  2. Provide Your Receipt:
    A valid receipt or proof of service is required.
  3. Technician Evaluation:
    Our technician will inspect the device to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
  4. Resolution:
    If covered, we will replace the component or correct the workmanship issue at no cost. If not covered, we will provide a quote for non-warranty service.

4. Turnaround Time

Warranty services are prioritized, but timing may vary depending on part availability, device condition, and diagnostic requirements. We strive to complete warranty services as quickly as possible.

5. No Refunds for Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage includes service correction or component replacement only. Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
