Our services cover a variety of devices, and the terms vary according to the type of service provided. Below are specifics for each category:

Smartphones

  • Screen Handling: Includes cracked or damaged displays. Components used are chosen for quality and compatibility, depending on availability and customer preference.
  • Battery Support: Services for devices with reduced battery life or irregular charging. Device battery status is evaluated before service.
  • Moisture Issues: We address certain water exposure situations; success depends on the extent of the damage. Full functionality cannot always be guaranteed.
  • Software Support: Includes system freezes, update failures, or unresponsive functions. Devices with unauthorized modifications may have limited solutions.

Laptops

  • Hardware Services: Includes display handling, keyboard alignment, motherboard attention, and cooling adjustments. Most brands are supported, including Apple, Dell, HP, and others.
  • Software Assistance: Virus removal, system optimization, operating system updates, and data transfer support. Customers are responsible for data backup.
  • Service Timing: Certain models may require longer handling periods due to component availability.

Tablets

  • Screen and Touch Sensor Handling: Services include display or touchscreen handling for all brands.
  • Battery Support: Tablets with reduced battery performance can be addressed after evaluation.
  • Connectivity and Software Support: Includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and system functionality improvements.

Cellphones (Multi-Brand)

  • Device Support: Services are available for most major cellphone brands including Samsung, Google Pixel, LG, Motorola, and others.
  • Software and Unlocking Support: Includes carrier unlocking and system troubleshooting. Some services may affect warranty coverage.

Desktop Computers

  • Hardware Services: Includes upgrades, system adjustments, and component alignment (CPU, GPU, hard drives).
  • Data Recovery: Attempts to recover data from failing storage devices; success is not guaranteed.
  • Custom Builds and Upgrades: Custom systems for gaming, design, or specialized use are supported and subject to specific warranty terms.

Micro Soldering & Component Handling

  • We provide micro-level handling of circuit boards, connectors, and internal components to restore functionality or optimize device performance.
  • This includes small-scale adjustments, reconnections, and precision component support.

Motherboard Support

  • We offer services to address motherboard alignment, connection integrity, and system component handling.
  • This service may involve troubleshooting internal circuits, reconnecting contacts, and supporting the main board’s functionality.
  • Due to the complexity of motherboards, outcomes may vary based on device model and prior modifications.

Device Buyback / Trade-In

  • Customers can sell or trade-in eligible devices for credit toward other devices or services.
  • The buyback value is determined based on device condition, model, and market availability.
  • Devices must be the legal property of the seller. Gadgets not collected within the agreed timeframe may be processed according to our device handling policy.

Device Care Recommendations

To maintain your device’s performance and avoid issues:

  • Regular Cleaning: Make sure your devices stay clean and dust-free.
  • Moisture Protection: Avoid liquids and high-humidity environments.
  • Safe Handling: Prevent drops, impacts, or excessive pressure; use protective covers or cases.
  • Power Management: Use compatible charging methods and avoid overcharging.
  • Software Updates: Keep devices up to date for best performance.
  • Temperature and Storage: Avoid extreme heat or cold; do not overload memory unnecessarily.

Service Estimates

  • Time or cost estimates are approximate and based on the initial device evaluation.
  • Any additional needs discovered will result in updated estimates; approval is required before further handling. 

Limited Warranty

  • Certain services include a limited warranty covering the quality of work and materials used.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • New issues arising after completion
    • Damage from moisture, drops, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with your service confirmation within the coverage period.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Quotes may change if additional work is required; customer approval is necessary.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital payments.

Device Pickup & Abandonment

  • Devices should be collected within 30 days of notification.
  • Unclaimed devices may be recycled or disposed of according to local law.

Liability for Data

  • Customers are responsible for backing up all device data.
  • We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or inaccessibility.

Changes to Terms
