How to Mail-In your device for repair:
- Fill out the form below (one form for multiple devices is requested).
- Ship to the address listed below.
- Email the tracking number to info@gadgetfixsb.com
- We will contact you when we receive your package.
- Once we repair your items, we will send you a payment request.
Payment: We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit, Paypal, and Zelle.
Warranty: All repairs come with a 90-day warranty against parts & workmanship.
Cases and Accessories: We ask that you do not send any phone cases or other accessories. We are not responsible for any cases or accessories that get misplaced during the repair.
